How it works
Straightforward steps that keep the call short but actionable.
Front-end only • Connect to your APIs later
Step 1
1. Identify the Caller & Assess Urgency
- Confirm who is calling and whether they are the person directly affected.
- Capture a callback number in case the call drops.
- Quickly assess the level of immediate danger (injuries, rising water, trapped individuals).
- Note any language needs to connect them with the right support team.
Step 2
2. Pinpoint the Exact Location
- Record the district, town/village, and the nearest main road or landmark.
- Ask for GPS location if the device supports it.
- Let the caller know they can send photos later to help responders verify conditions.
Step 3
3. Collect Only Essential Information
- Keep questions short and focused, especially during peak call congestion.
- Ask only what is required to dispatch support or verify the situation.
- Gather additional details later once the immediate risk is understood and managed.
